Hi! My name is Ralph Cole. Thanks for visiting our new website!
Chances are good you saw me holding up my sign on the 7th street overpass today. I just started doing that a few days ago (3/29). I am a 63-year-old student taking science classes at Trade Tech here in Los Angeles. So why am I holding up signs? Because seven years ago after I had neck and throat cancer I found that I could stop the growth of the tumors by drinking carrot juice. When I thought I was cured I stopped drinking, but then more tumors appeared in lymph nodes on my chest. I found that as long as I drank 2-3 cups of carrot juice per day they did not get larger. I tried other things for awhile, but nothing I tried would made them shrink. Finally I tried drinking 5 cups of carrot juice per day, and as soon as I tried this, the lumps immediately started to shrink, and kept shrinking as long as I kept drinking 5 cups every day. I sent out an email telling people about this seven years ago which someone posted in their blog which is still online (google carrots and cancer Kevin's page to see it online. It is also at the end of the original post on this website, Carrots and Cancer, which is two posts below this one.
Recently my findings were confirmed by two people with metastasized cancer, who are doing what I did and whose tumors are now shrinking. One of the two people is a widely-known author of children's books. And in case you are about to leave, it takes five cups per day of fresh carrot juice per day to shrink tumors. Three cups per day stopped my tumors from getting bigger, but did not get rid of them. Five cups per day did. And five cups per day is working for both of the two others who have tried it. That's three for three. (Ask your oncologist what his success rate is with metastasized cancer. He probably won't want to tell you.)
The post following this one is of a letter written for this blog by author Ann Cameron. In her story she recounts her cancer experiences both before and since she started juicing carrots a little over 4 months ago (11/2012). (She has had two CAT scans since she started juicing which both show that her tumors are shrinking. For further confirmation, you can contact her through her website,
www.anncameronbooks.com.
If you read nothing else on this website, please read her letter "Carrots and My Cancer", which is the post following this one.

Very few people have read Ann's letter so far because it does not have many key words and the search engines are not finding it. If there is something you know of that would help to get her letter noticed by the search engines, please let me know.
I share my experiences with carrot juice and cancer in the second post following this one, "Carrots and Cancer." I also discuss a study in Europe that shows a chemical most common to carrots has been shown to shrink tumors in mice, as well as how we as a species must organize to counter the huge economic forces that are propping up the ineffective, expensive, unnecessary, and often lethal alternatives to carrot juice in treating cancer. Here is a summary of my experience:
In 2005, two tumors began to emerge from my neck under my jaw, on the left and right. I was diagnosed with metastasized cancer. I was told right after I was diagnosed, by two women that knew me, I should start juicing carrots, but they didn't tell me how much I needed to drink, or how long it would take to cure my cancer. I started out drinking juicing two to three pounds of carrots per day, which makes two to three cups of juice. This turned out to be just enough to stop my tumors from growing, but apparently not enough to get them to shrink, although the radiologist said "they may have shrunk some". Because my tumors hadn't grown I turned down surgery, and just had chemo and radiation. The tumors disappeared, but I didn't know whether it was because of the juice or the treatment. Later, when new lumps started growing, I had an opportunity to experiment with the quantity of juice without simultaneous treatments taking place. I found that my tumors would grow if I drank less than 3 cups a day, remain stable at about three cups per day, and visibly shrink if I drank 5 cups per day. I had no other special diet or treatment going on, and the carrots were NOT organic. Once I saw they were shrinking, I kept juicing until they were gone, and then for another month or two. After I stopped juicing, the lumps stayed gone, and no new lumps ever appeared.
In searching the internet, many tell you that carrot juice is good for you, but no one says how much it takes. One blog recommends 8 cups per day. I think this amount probably discourages a lot of people, and now that the 5 cups per day that cured me has also worked for two other people, I feel confident in recommending it. If that still seems like a lot, compare it to surgery, which you never completely recover from. Not to mention chemo and radiation, which are experiences that no one should be put through. Or the chance you are reduced to a statistic, as over half a million a year are in this country alone.
Over the eight months or more I juiced, I found that their was a very close relationship between how much I juiced and how much my tumor grew or shrank. We cherish our differences, but we are all 99.9% equivalent genetically. I doubt if our cancers are more different than we are. Regardless of what causes a tumor, once started, they all seem to function about the same way. I would be very surprised to hear of tumors that were not responsive to carrot juice.
There may be other cures out there. But you can only do so many things at once. The danger with trying too many things at once is that you may neglect doing enough of the right thing. Many things that are good for the body are, unfortunately, also good for cancer. Carrot juice was unique in the things that I tried, in that when I drank it in sufficient quantities, it was good for my body while being bad for my cancer. I could find no other healthy food that that was true for.
My message is my experience. There's a cure right there in your grocery department. The three of us mentioned in this blog all have in common that we had metastasized cancer, that we drank five cups of carrot juice a day, that our tumors got smaller, and that our doctors considered our recoveries miraculous, with . Doctors have good reason to act surprised when carrot juice cures somebody. Whatever they know about carrot juice, they would never be able to mention it to you without risking either their prosperity or malpractice suits from the survivors of deceased patients. In reality, I bet they see it happen all the time.
My cancer was seven years ago. It has taken this long before someone that contacted me actually committed to give 5 cups of carrot juice a day a try. I have always felt sure it would work for others as it did for me, but I could never persuade anyone else to try it. In November it finally happened. in fact, it happened twice about the same time. And just as I believed would happen, both of the people that committed to drinking carrot juice now have scans showing their tumors shrinking like mine did.
Hopefully over time enough people with similar experiences will come forward that the step will become less difficult for others to follow. If you know of someone experiencing cancer please tell them about what you have learned from this site and ask them to call me. We won't ask them for anything except to give carrot juice a try. Experiences that are shared as they take place are much more concrete for those that follow them, and therefore, potentially more helpful. And we won't identify them unless they want us to. A few more people like Ann Cameron willing to contribute their experiences as they occur will go a long way toward raising public consciousness on this issue. Her recovery, as you will see in the next post below, is still a work in progress. It has been exciting for me to follow her recovery so far, but her story is not over yet. I believe her recovery will be complete. I hope you will join me in following it to its conclusion, so that you can then join me in conveying that experience to others, whatever it turns out to be.
